Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz lent his voice to a City Council meeting held to discuss the pros and cons of New York’s bike lane expansion. Markowitz mostly favors bike lanes, but is opposed to those in Prospect Park West. The below song gives voice to his frustrations.
